The Challenge: Parker Oak historically relied on their website to generate new enquiries, but earlier this year experienced a sudden drop in leads. After reviewing the site, it became clear that visibility on Google had declined and potential customers were struggling to find the business online.

wHAT I DID

  • I carried out an initial review of the website, search visibility and lead generation strategy, identifying a number of quick wins and longer-term opportunities.

    The project included:

    • Website optimisation

    • Google visibility improvements

    • Google Ads setup and management

    • Analytics and performance tracking

    • Ongoing optimisation and recommendations

    Rather than jumping straight into spending large amounts on advertising, the focus was on improving the foundations first and ensuring any marketing budget was being used efficiently.

  • Within weeks, enquiries began increasing significantly.

    The business went from experiencing a worrying drop in leads to receiving a daily, consistent flow of new enquiries through the website.

    As demand increased, they built up a substantial pipeline of future work and are now regularly booked 8-10 months in advance.

    The Google Ads campaign was intentionally kept simple, with a modest daily budget of just £10, allowing the business to generate strong results without becoming dependent on high ongoing marketing costs.

  • “We had a sudden drop off with online enquiries and discovered our website was out of date and wasn’t showing up on Google searches which was a bit of a disaster as most of our work comes from the website traditionally.     Before she had even turned up to our meeting she had delved into the matter and come up with a shortlist of areas to sort out and try including running an ad campaign for us whilst she worked behind the scenes on our website to improve its visibility on Google. I won’t pretend to know what magic she managed to work because quite frankly it hurt my brain to try and keep with her as she whizzed her way around the system.

    Within a few hours she had things up and running and had come up with a detailed progression plan of our next steps and likely costs involved.

    We had a secondary catch up a few weeks later so she could run analytics on the previous campaign which she then tweaked and sent back out and we have been inundated with enquiries ever since.

She has been tweaking things behind the scenes for us and constantly coming forward with updates and keeping us in the loop on how the website is responding to certain things and ideas of where we can push next to keep the momentum going.
