The Challenge: Parker Oak historically relied on their website to generate new enquiries, but earlier this year experienced a sudden drop in leads. After reviewing the site, it became clear that visibility on Google had declined and potential customers were struggling to find the business online.

As a result, enquiries had slowed significantly and the business was becoming increasingly reliant on word of mouth and existing contacts.

wHAT I DID

  • I carried out an initial review of the website, search visibility and lead generation strategy, identifying a number of quick wins and longer-term opportunities.

    The project included:

    • Website optimisation

    • Google visibility improvements

    • Google Ads setup and management

    • Analytics and performance tracking

    • Ongoing optimisation and recommendations

    Rather than jumping straight into spending large amounts on advertising, the focus was on improving the foundations first and ensuring any marketing budget was being used efficiently.

  • Within weeks, enquiries began increasing significantly.

    The business went from experiencing a worrying drop in leads to receiving a daily, consistent flow of new enquiries through the website.

    As demand increased, they built up a substantial pipeline of future work and are now regularly booked 8-10 months in advance.

    The Google Ads campaign was intentionally kept simple, with a modest daily budget of just £10, allowing the business to generate strong results without becoming dependent on high ongoing marketing costs.
