I graduated with a degree in psychology in 2013 and I've been working in marketing ever since, specialising in all things eCommerce.

I've worked with brands of every size, across a wide range of industries - from being the first employee of a start up social media agency to most recently heading up eCommerce for Jonny Wilkinson's wellbeing brand One Living and plenty in between.

I am based in North Yorkshire. When I'm not working you'll catch me treasure hunting, vintage shopping and getting out and about in my camper van. I am also in the process of writing my first novel. I document my adventures over on tiktok @fromfrederica.
