Hi, I’m Freddie!

I graduated with a degree in Psychology in 2013 and have spent the last 13+ years working in ecommerce and digital marketing.

Over that time I've worked with brands of all sizes, from start-ups and founder-led businesses to established ecommerce brands. Most recently, I headed up ecommerce for Jonny Wilkinson's wellbeing brand, One Living.

Today, I work with founder-led ecommerce brands looking to increase conversion, improve retention and scale profitably. My approach is commercial, data-led and hands-on, combining strategic thinking with practical implementation and support.

I believe in building long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency and results. That's why I offer flexible support, with no unnecessary retainers or long-term contracts.

When I'm not working you'll catch me treasure hunting, vintage shopping and getting out and about in my camper van. I am also in the process of writing my first novel. I document my adventures over on tiktok @fromfrederica.
