I have worked with over 20 agencies specialising in all aspects of marketing in the last 13 years of my marketing career. I’ve seen it all - the good, the bad and the ugly. This is rarely one-sided, a good agency-client relationship takes two invested parties to work. Here’s my breakdown of what good looks like, and where things can often go wrong.

After more than 13 years working in ecommerce and digital marketing, I finally took the scary step and launched Ambery Consulting!
Over the course of my career, I've worked with businesses of all sizes, from founder-led start-ups to established ecommerce brands. Most recently, I headed up ecommerce for Jonny Wilkinson's wellbeing and beverage brand, One Living.
